Company ensures high quality of products, offering direct technical support, and it takes over of full replacement of them in case of technical problems, since they come of the construction and not from other sources like bad transfer, storage, installation or bad use.

EXAN's research and development department is always in designing procedure of new products. From the beggining until the end of a design period of a new product, quality system control takes place into the complete procedure. A design team is set, which is responsible for the new product until it finished and production starts. During the design period, there are spesific timelines for testings, drawings checks, faults correction etc.
Procedure starts with incoming manuals, brochures etc of other similar products. Drawings are made, and the first piece is manufacturing with high technology CNC machines. An external technical team makes testings to the first piece searching for faults. If final product is acceptable, then a period of testings into real operation conditions starts. After confirmation of the final results, and if the final product responces to the requested data, product can be entered in production procedure.
